finally started therapy back up again after nearly two years. unfortunately it will probably only last the two sessions bc she thinks i should go on antidepressants and is gonna talk to my parents about that just like she did nearly two years ago which is why they decided to pull me from therapy in the first place. rip – S

how to feel your emotions? x happens and you feel uneasy, sit down and focus on that feeling. notice where in the body it’s coming from. say I’m feeling y emotion in my z. then notice the sensations there. it’s buzzing etc. if you keep getting distracted ground out and try again
