I am grateful for naps.
I've been napping in the sun after lunch. I eat my dates and coconut oil, supplement T3/thyroid, caffeine, and thiamine, get undressed, and then nap in the sun for 20 minutes. I just barely dose off, but it's enough to dream a little. I wake up super-powered and ready to go for the afternoon.
