This little raspberry sponge, inspired by the classic French tart, has proven a very popular non-traditional wedding choice with you all. I took this 8” one all the way down the Mornington Peninsula to @portphillipestate in Red Hill on the weekend where it got to enjoy the gorgeous view of the vineyard for a bit longer than I did.
