The final loaf from my @centralmilling trio. This one is straight T85, and a little over 10% WW (entirely from the lev). 85% hydration. I may have overproofed it a tad, but whatever. Love the flavor of this stuff!

First bread for a few weeks. Just squeezing a mix in towards the end of real bread week.
