okay but waking up in the middle of the night to soft rain and knowing you've got hours to sleep, when you're toasty warm and comfortable

• wake up at 2:30pm - 3:30pm : decied to talk with mum

• goggy and exhausted

• could not get bearly anything done

• cave day email yesterday 4:45 - 5:57pm : finally finished

• 6:430pm - 7:00pm : downstairs with mum

• ordered food

• Tiny habits 10:00pm - 11:15mins

• Journaled at 2:45am - 3:10am

• Gong for 1mins

• insomia slept like 7:00am

• I had the anixety and
