CEC did not ask BJP/Anurag 'Goli Maaro' Thakur for "affidavit", or ask him apologize in 7 days? Would EC completely overlook him/BJP's charges just like how someone else was given a free pass, back in 2014, for the same charges of alleging that Election Commission was 'biased', 'not neutral', and 'failed to conduct free and fair elections'?
