Skyr is one of my favourite nutrition hacks. It’s naturally low in fat, no questionable processing to get it that way, and the texture is like soft-serve ice cream. Rich in casein, it keeps me full for hours. I often do it as night snack with maple syrup, sea salt and cinnamon, deep steady sleep every time.
