The Herd Burger, with beef from our very own herd of cattle up in the Yorkshire Dales. Our herd is made up of breeds native to the British Isles such as Belted Galloway, Highland and Dexter - slower maturing breeds of cattle that develop fantastic marbling and intensely beefy flavours.
