I got my VO2 Max tested today. Result was 60.
Test was brutal: Treadmill on 2% incline, start at 4 mph and increase speed every minute after 3 minute base. Run until you can't.
I ran for 12 minutes—through the 1 minute interval at 12.5 mph (barely).
