It was shocking the first time I saw someone turn down a once in a lifetime opportunity for no good reason, which they often come to regret. By the 10th time, I realized that all things being equal, seeing and acting on opportunity is what divides middling vs massive success.

my guess is that the next gen of ios will push the limits of customization and personalization more than it ever has with a smart, minimal user interface design
