We don't heal all at once.

I very firmly believe we heal things in layers, we heal things as we build capacities in our bodies.

So I do not subscribe to the teachers who say that you can do an ayahuasca ceremony or have a past life regression and you are "healed."

There is no such thing as being 100% healed when we are in this incarnation, and that is

   Silence and space are friends, not enemies

   We live and come from a different realm

   The outcome is the fog—the process, motion, and change are clarity
