今年过年回了一趟老家，国内变化这几年还是蛮大的。
1. 江浙沪的新农村搞的很不错。
长三角地区基础设施硬件水平，已经是发达国家水平。几乎家家户户都有一辆以上的汽车。BBA飞入寻常百姓家。绿牌也非常多。
而且 软件当面，志愿者服务队也非常棒。
我外婆93岁，一直卧床。志愿者服务队，每周两次过来帮老人洗澡，非常专业。
2. 国内医疗体系效率还是相当高效的。
国内的医疗体系非常高效。一个科十几个诊室，同时开诊。一个普通的病例，一般就是五分钟左右。
然后普通门诊搞不定的，分流到专家门诊。
如果再复杂的案例，再分流到特需门诊。
一个三甲医院一天看的量，美国很多医院看一个月都看不完。
