I use repomix to calculate the size of the codebase and combine the whole repo it into a single file. Then I paste that into Gemini’s 2M context window to summarize. Then I paste the response to that into the repo’s codebase as summary docs, for Devin to look at as it writes new code.

We had a CLI tool, written mostly as a bunch of shell scripts, with a ton of available commands that performed all kinds of utility functions related to observability and operations.
