There is no seer and seen without seeing. They are all within me.

What were you before the thought of identification came about? Who are you when you wake up in the morning before you download from memory all the data of where, when and what you were told you are?

I’m neither superior nor inferior; I’m not nothing, not a thing and not everything. But I am. And so are you.

Sadness is not ‘my sadness’ it is impersonal. It is not ‘mine’. The ‘I am’ (sense of presence) is the space for it. The ‘I’ (being) sits with the discomfort. The ‘I’ (awareness) watches the changes in breath, the tensions, the vibration of life. Like an antelope, the ‘I’ (in the natural state) licks its wounds, rests in the shade and does nothing.
