We're excited to announce the newest addition to the Sequoia family, @rox__ai at https://t.co/kr4QYBxuV8. Rox deploys swarms of AI agents to help the best sellers sell even better. For example, if you want to track if any of your customers or prospective customers are hiring for ML engineers, Rox agents will query the internet and curate exactly which of your customers are hiring and how many they each appear to be hiring. They have a flexible structure in which you can have these agent swarms do virtually any kind of research for the seller. Rox has a distinct approach to AI GTM. Rather than trying to replace entry level sales jobs, like a lot of GTM AI, Rox focuses on uplifting and enabling the best sellers. The entire system is built for Account Execs and quota carriers. The goal is not at all to replace the people, but to improve quality and speed. For example, though Rox beautifully curates messages to customers they intentionally took out the "auto send" feature so that sellers genuinely engage with the material they send. Rox is used for the highest priority customers, the opposite of a spray-and-pray strategy. AI + Human is how the future should play out.
