@nikitabier Disagree. They can say they’ll invest behind a lead and help you find a lead. We only lead rounds so don’t have this issue but there is a rational fear from investors that they put up $100k and that ends up being the only money the company raises (or some other sub-scale amt)

Instead of negotiating a salary with a superior, you’ll more likely put a token grant request through the governance process with the community.
