linkedin.comI get asked about tools (drugs) for focus all the time. Remember: You can train focus. It’s like a workout. You set a timer for 2-3hrs. You force yourself to work the entire time. Every time you skip to something else you add 10min. 1 bathroom break allowed. Next time is easier.
