Here are two of my go-to exercises for strengthening the quads. I also love to use both of these as leg ‘‘finishers.’’ Both of these exercises require nothing more than a resistance band. These can also be done at the gym.

Stimulating rep theory predicts that heavy loads do not require fatigue to cause hypertrophy. This study tested that hypothesis by having 1 group train to failure with 6RMs and the other group do singles with the same load. They achieved the same strength gains and hypertrophy. https://t.co/F7cSPCAI0W
