The Executive Order removing limits on Federal showerhead flow rates is long overdue. It seems small, but is a perfect microcosm of federal overregulation. Much of our country has a nearly endless supply of water. Recycling showers that re-use water and heat in other countries

New worldviews are bubbling away in little cauldrons all the time, but they only flow into the mainstream (eg become part of corporate trainings, official gov't policy, school curricula) when they are structurally of service to preserve the power status quo.
