@antonia_mdprjct I'm not a medical professional but let me offer another suggestion: CAC scores tend to catch only late stage disease. Look at your bloodwork (apoB, a1c, LP-IR scores), but for EARLY imaging look at CIMT ultrasound. No radiation, like $150, and can catch soft plaque earlier.
