Ingredients (makes ~3–4 small jars)

• 2 lbs (900 g) ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped

• 2 medium lemons (organic if possible, since peel is used)

• 3 cups granulated sugar (can go up to 4 cups if you want sweeter)

• 1 cup water
