薯仔 1.5個,雞蛋 1隻,洋蔥碎 1 tbsp,車打芝士 30g,鹽 適量,牛油溶液 1 tsp,番茜 1 tsp,蔥碎 2 tbsp

做法:
1. 將薯仔刨碎,加水,浸 5分鐘
2. 將雞蛋,洋蔥碎,車打芝士,鹽,牛油溶液,番茜,蔥碎拌勻
3. 加入薯仔碎,拌勻
4. 放在焗盤上,用180°C 焗10-15 分鐘
