1）现代化是市场经济和现代科技结合的产物。但这其中有一个因果关系，市场经济是因，现代科技是果。没有现代市场经济，不会产生现代科技。在非市场经济的制度中，技术不能有效的转化成生产力，也因此不能产生持久、领先的科技。但是发达的市场经济一定会产生领先的科技。
