Time to vacuum press the curved slats for my Studio Furniture 2018 chaise lounge prototype. I chose to vacuum press as its much faster than using a bunch of G clamps, which is handy when using yellow PVA

Our large felting machine has 5,000 needles that puncture the layers of fabric and bind them together. No water or glue are used in our process.
Our designer, Ashley, is creating fabric for our Spring collection.

Been holding off on adding more materials for awhile because we didn't have space in our shop.
I think we have a good plan to double our inventory locations. Custom wood pallets and squeeze in a 4th rack at an angle.
