When I try to change George's behavior (which still happens), I’m able to wake up to what I'm doing and stop. If I’m in a really bad mood, it takes me longer to wake up, but I still do. And because we understand this phenomena, George and I don't take our arguments and criticisms to heart. We are very forgiving of each other.
