I believe in synergism, the use of low doses of many nutrients and hormones instead of a high dose of just one. For instance, instead of taking a high dose of Preg, such as 10 mg, I prefer someone take 1 to 3 mg but, in addition, supplement with some of the other nutrients discussed in this book.
