This is House of Cards stuff… Pelosi's plan was for a blitz primary, but Biden endorsed Kamala in his drop out letter as a big “fuck you” to the Democrats for forcing him out. That’s why Obama, Schumer, etc were all so late to endorse her. They didn't want her.
