Taiwan, which has become the most Citizen government

The truth is that every nation and every people have Citizen moments to honour in their past, just as there are emblematic Citizens to be found in every neighbourhood, town and city across the world today. The simple truth is that this is who we are, as humans – or at least, who we are capable of being, if the conditions we create together allow it

Hence the duty of the good citizen who is free from the responsibility of Government is to be a watchdog upon it, lest Government impair the fundamental objects which it exists to serve. It is a necessary evil, thus requiring constant watchfulness and check.
