Curation as a Service (or CaaS) - I believe, as the amount of content on the web increases, there will inevitably be a need for more human curators. People who are domain experts (or have an obsession with a topic) that can sift through the garbage and collect the gems.

@patrick_oshag I think with so much data and algorithmic-everything, the value of hand curation will continue to increase. 1,000 movies the computer suggests are not as compelling as 1 movie from a person I trust.
I think there must be an analytical corollary to this, but I'm not yet sure what

From my perch atop the ecosystem, I could watch a story break, then spread from one aggregator to the next, eventually blanketing our entire corner of the internet in a thick smog of mediocrity.
