I turned 70 this year, and these days I read, write and work with my 1-on-1 @ManganCoaching clients.

High impact groundforce contact stimulates micro fractures that can stimulate bone growth = height gain
I would consume raw goats milk and honey after a session to stimulate more IFGH-1 for bone growth, add Royal Jelly for 10-HDA to further boost hormones
