キャリアをけんとさんにそうだんしたら以下のような感じだった。
とりあえず目の前のことがんばる(笑)
- 個人的には曽田君がSYSに1-2年行くのは反対。1-2年いたところでわかる範囲は限定的だし、プロマネの世界だと5年やって少しわかってきた、10年やってやっとわかってきた、そんな世界。そんなことにじかんかけるより曽田くんの強みいかして海外行くとかしたほうが良い。
- 海外でもPMみたいな役割をもって駐在する人はいなくて基本はIT領域に強いリエゾン役割。
- キャリア的には基本はジェネラリスト路線を貫くのかな。けど英語と営業現場目線経験もあるなかITもわかっている人材はみたことないからそれらが組合わさる仕事が良いかもね。今TMAICの経企ポストにいる川本さんの役割とかはまると思う。
