Each consultant will:
1. Identify 3 possible approaches
2. For each approach, explore 2-3 potential outcomes

If your technology is better but potential customers are too set in their ways to switch, use it yourself and compete with them.
I recommend making this a daily practice. I do it first thing every morning.
