@helloharuko You just have to be intentional with choices. 1 cup chicken breast is 43g. Quinoa has protein vs rice which doesn’t. One 5oz cup of Oikos pro Greek yogurt has 20g. Two eggs have 12g. One protein shake = 20g. A protein bar snack mid afternoon can add another 20g.
