「CTOいらなくね？」はたまたま先週知人からCTO募集の相談を受けて言ったんだけど、まず「開発が納期通りに終わらない」ことをCTOでどうにかしようとするのは概ね間違っているという話をして、まずは顧客と社内をつなげるPjMなりPdMなりを採用しろと言う話をした。
ちなみにこの相談は本当に多い。
