岩喰巨鳥(ロックイーター)

石頭を持つダチョウに似た大型鳥類。

名前の通り岩を食べるが、衛太の手甲(鉄製)に噛みついているところを見ると鉄も食糧としていると思われる。

その骨は丈夫で、装飾品やジャウェアのブーメランの材料に用いられているが、肉はあまり美味しくないので家畜化されていない。
