丁林葳2019年受雇于谷歌，根据修订版起诉书，在2022年5月至2023年5月间，他涉嫌将超过1000份包含公司机密信息的文件上传至他的个人Google Cloud账户。检察官指出这些商业机密涉及谷歌超级计算机数据中心用于训练大型AI模型的硬件基础设施和软件平台。
