1. BPaaSモデルをやってる会社のSaaSはそもそもクソ
→日本のSaaS全般やけど技術力もUXも終わってる。使いにくすぎてシ ャレならん。
健全に組織で頭使って作ってるとは思えない。
地元の図書館のサイトの方がまだマシっていうUIUXのとかがあって、そもそもそれにStripe決済で自分の意思でお金払おうと思わない。
数十億とか調達してチームも何人もいるのにアウトプットされるプロダクトがアレって次元の歪みを感じる。
