優しい人ほど搾取されるという組織の闇
・親切で評判のいい社員は、上司から不公平な仕事を押しつけられやすい
・理由は、「この人なら文句言わずに引き受けるはず」という思い込み
つまり、優しさが理由で標的にされる。
対策：上司に「その依頼は倫理的に正しいか？」と考えさせると、この搾取が消える
