『SaaSを金儲けのフロント商材』にする問題には自分も思うところがあって
1. BPaaSモデルをやってる会社のSaaSはそもそもクソ
→日本のSaaS全般やけど技術力もUXも終わってる。使いにくすぎてシ ャレならん。
健全に組織で頭使って作ってるとは思えない。
地元の図書館のサイトの方がまだマシっていうUIUXのとかがあって、そもそもそれにStripe決済で自分の意思でお金払おうと思わない。
