Google is standardizing interview questions (finally?) so I am forced to retire my bootleg interview questions. In honor of the great service they've done over 200+ PM interviews, I'm going to do a thread that I expect no one to read but I have no other way to memorialize them.

Faster. If I had to go from start to finish in half the time, what would I do? Slower. If I could afford to spend double the time on it, what would I do?

When you start managing someone, use your 1:1s in the first couple of weeks to understand their Context. Most new managers focus solely on Content (projects/goals/blockers). But Context + Content lets you move faster from Rapport to Credibility to Trust. Example 1:1 questions:

Has anyone ever studied or written about physicians & sex? Are disembodied overworked doctors who ignore pee/eat signals able to drop into body & have good sex? How do we code switch from body as disease to body as pleasure? Would any doctors even talk about this? 💥 #medtwitter
