And so the more authentic you are to who you are, and what you love to do, the less competition you’re gonna have. So, you can escape competition through authenticity when you realize that no one can compete with you on being you. And normally that would have been useless advice pre-internet. Accrue the efficiencies that tech can bring. If you’re just selling a tool then eventually you’ll handoff to the legacy healthcare system and most of those efficiencies will vanish. If you build a tech-enabled service from the ground up, you can build workflows for the services component that actually take advantage of the tech.
