So beautifully written. That’s a sense of eupohoria that lasts for a long time… you get to bask in this happiness and that slows down time. You get to identify more spaces in your life for the same too.

The movie Soul. Current society sometimes doesn’t accept happiness, satisfaction, connection as metrics of success. If you haven’t had the other side of self-esteem modeled to you then it becomes difficult to believe in.

I work on my confidence everyday. Of course now some of my beliefs are automated but a particularly bad day can still bring my old monologues up- though now they sound really funny cause I’m not able to relate with it though they sound familiar. Story of an ex boyfriend finding my inner monologue shocking. I just remember that I’ll get past that.

Realities of life unfortunately. Especially when you have confidence but not the socially accepted ways of success.

People forget the importance on the consistent work that needs to be done.
