I left pretty much all tracking websites (last.fm, goodreads, letterboxd) and let me tell you, it feels great to not carry a big list of numbers around with me, I’m like a tiny fluffy cloud of indifference floating through existence, broadcasting nothing and just taking it the view.

I try to floss every day. Sometimes I conveniently forget it. I hate this, because forgetting increases my dentist bill.

But the question isn't what's going to work? The question is, is this in alignment? Is this going to grow me? Is this going to keep me on the path of higher self? Whenever possible (and it’s almost always possible), have someone do a day or two of work with you before you hire her; you can do this at night or on the weekends.
