How well you visualize something dictates how well you can achieve that thing: whether you'll be able to meet the goal, how you'll feel afterward, and whether you'll be able to handle a more difficult one.

It's important to get enough sleep, get good quality sleep, and let your body experience all the phases of sleep (such as slow-wave, and REM) in order to optimize metabolic circuits.
