We abused the technology in general sense. It supposed to help us to live fuller, longer, happier, but instead we became heroin-addicts, spending 5-10 hours with the phone on hands.
I have a feeling, that most companies on the internet work against the people.
1) Like, media feeds u negative sht, cuz it addicts u more, than positive content. Its more profitable.
2) social media wants u to spend more time on the feed, it doesnt care whether u connect with friends or watch random videos. It wants u to do the second thing.

Somebody collected all companies which produce prostheses for eyes (or plan it at least)
Culture is actually a factor which can be measured and differ from country to country. Could be useful to understand specific market and advertisement of products
I love newsletters, its fine to get them by email, but other companies send me bs, its the reason I dont want to open my mail and read.
Peaceful life online:
1) Quit social media (cuz of over-optimized content, clickbait)
2) Read only blogs and newsletters (nor Linkedin, Twitter, Medium)
3) Keep Reddit for fun (the only place which survived, cuz users there cheap)
4) Replace constant consuming with writing notes, reading notes, producing stuff.

This sounds almost obvious, and echoes Mr. Beast’s point, but it stands in direct opposition to the way the system is currently set up. Humans spend the first twenty-two years of our lives, and sometimes more, being taught and learning how to copy.
