Move with purpose
While walking my packs, I was coached on being intentional with how I move and to always keep in mind to move with purpose.
Like so many things with dog training, this feels so applicable to my life as well.
If you know me, I can be a little chaotic and start moving or speaking without fully thinking it through (thanks ADHD).
The state of your nervous system (aka your energy) impacts your dogs behavior

80% your daily tasks should be in the signal - the things that actually need to get done that day to continue to move things forward
everything else is noise and takes you away from completing those signal tasks
How to achieve your goals:
1) write them down
2) look at them every week
3) monitor your progress
4) visualize obstacles
5) tie them to your identity
