The pandemic accelerated the virtual takeover (for better and worse). Better for knowledge workers to take back their time, worse in many more ways. Virtual interactions, virtual value creation, virtual pseudo-collaboration. We are evolved for the physical world, the tangible, the physical, the imperfect, the a social, a human scale.

Thinking about brands like Rapha or the recent uptick of social “members only” gyms like Be More and X Denver.
This LinkedIn post calls them “clubhouses” but I prefer the inclusive nature of “third places” but I do wonder if the pay to play acts a filtering mechanism.
My hunch is that these third places that are going to scale and be monetized be related to things that culture is obsessed with like work, exercise, commerce
