For the 15-20% of us who are neurodivergent — and the 45.4% of us Substackers using AI as writing partners, not slop generators — AI isn’t some cheat code only producing digital garbage. It's a bridge, a regulator, a wheelchair ramp to a building we were never able to easily enter before. The more a mind is untaxed, the more powerful it becomes.

Our heightened sensitivity and ability to see patterns often allow us to sense the future before others. We feel system dysfunction early, whether it's burnout, sensory overwhelm, or creative stagnation. When workplaces or economies are misaligned, we feel it first and worst.
