Mix, mingle, talk and most importantly listen respectfully with people outside our usual circles or comfort zones.”

A few I’d add to my personal list — Driving to a trail at dawn. Smiling at random babies out in the world. The giggles of loved ones. Staring at camp fire embers. Dancing in a crowd. Stumbling upon live music.
I spent a lot of time thinking in terms of wants vs. needs, but don’t know that I ever thought about the origins of desire-based marketing
