Michael English, artist who designed Granny Takes a Trip’s famous facade/windows.
In February 1966, Nigel Weymouth and his girlfriend, Sheila Cohen, founded a new boutique on a then-uncool part of King’s Road, also revered to as ‘World’s End’. Granny Takes A Trip sold vintage clothes, mostly Victorian and Oriental, that tailor John Pearse used to twist and rework.
